Droving

Talk by Ron Brander

Ron leads the Strathbogie Rambling Club and has researched the heritage of the area (Huntly, Dufftown, Tomintoul and Strathdon), in the course of which he has learned a fair amount about droving and the drovers’ life.
Ron has promised an interesting talk on droving in general including material of relevance to the topography and heritage of the area.
